What data this site collects

The assessment asks for your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to ten questions about your coaching business — including revenue range, lead volume, follow-up process, and tools currently in use.

When you submit the assessment, this information is sent directly to a private Google Sheet controlled by The Client Loop. It is not posted publicly, not visible to other visitors, and not accessible without direct authorization from The Client Loop.

If you choose to use a contact link, your email application handles the message you decide to send.

How data is used

Information you share is used only to review your assessment answers, prepare for a consultation call with you, and follow up about the service by email or phone. It is not used for any purpose beyond that.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or business purposes.

Your responses are kept confidential and are only accessed internally by The Client Loop.

Storage and third parties

Assessment responses are stored in a private Google Sheet, submitted via a Google Apps Script endpoint. Google, as the infrastructure provider hosting this sheet, processes this data on our behalf under its own terms of service; we do not grant Google or any other party rights to use your data for their own purposes.

No other CRM, analytics provider, advertising service, or third-party database currently receives this data. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the service and explain its role.

Messages sent through your own email application are processed by the email provider you use.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or other tracking cookies. It may use browser session storage only to remember whether the assessment prompt has already been shown during your visit; this stays in your browser and is not a cookie.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this includes applicable GDPR rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection. California residents may have applicable CCPA rights to know, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information.
